Hola! I hope all of you had a great start to the week.
My French lessons are over and I am going back tomorrow
to school for a test and a last session with my wonderful teacher.
I have new prints in the shop; I was postponing a shop update forever,
but I finally got them this afternoon and I have introduced a new
'set of two prints' this time!
I am off to prepare for my language test :(((
hugs to big kiiiiiiisssss

All the best for your test. The picture is beautiful...BTW I have started a new blog dedicated to my sketch work — Art on Sketchbook
Aloha Dee!
I love the pensive parakeet! The colors are so rich and it is just beautiful. I always look forward to seeing your posts and newest paintings.
On a fellow artist note, I was wondering if you would mind sharing some tips on how you get your pictures to turn out so crisp??? Do you scan your pieces or just take photos of them with a digital camera? Also, where do you have your prints made? Do you order them through an online photo host like Photobucket or Shutterfly? I want to make prints of some of my older work but I don't know how to go about doing this. Could you help me out?
Thanks so much!
xoxo

Megha: Thanks and best for your new blog!
Angie: Aloha! I had tried scannign and printing (I have an inkjet HP Photosmart) at home. However, when you want to put your prints in the market, I found out that there is no comparison between something like that and a professionally done print.
Right now, I get all my paintings scanned and printed professionally, it just makes the biggest difference, and for my pictures, laser works very well. So, find yourself a friendly efficient printer and life will be that much easier.
Best!
d.
